HOA-1 Pool

Pool Season Memberships are limited to Home Owners in good standing, their immediate family and guests. Limit of 2 guests per family. Non-resident family memberships are available for $200 for the 2023 Pool Season.

• Members are required to sign in when entering the pool.

• No running permitted.

• No dunking, fighting or wrestling in or around pool.

• Do not hang or sit on ladders, rope or diving board.

• No water guns or hard balls in the pool area.

• No diving in the shallow end of the pool.

• One person on the diving board at a time.

• Dive straight into the pool from the diving board, not to the sides.

• Wading pool age limit is 5 years or younger. Adult supervision required.

• No unaccompanied children under 12 years of age permitted.

• Appropriate attire must be worn at all times.

• Swimwear required in pool.

• Use designated picnic areas for food and drinks.

• No alcohol is permitted in pool area.

• No glass containers permitted in the pool area at any time.

• No pets permitted.

• No profanity permitted.

• Swimmers with cuts, open wounds, illness or infection are not permitted in the pool.

• Lifeguards may direct any patron to leave the premises for any violation of the rules at their discretion.

• Refusal to comply with the Lifeguard’s instruction will result in the suspension or revocation of membership.
